They took my $8,500 for so called policy violation. Yeah, one case of policy violation. Please, note that according to our agreement we had to get 2 penalties to get the penalty happen. We asked to connect their google account manager to resolve this issue and the agency stopped responding to us. They are nothing but scammers. I don’t recommend working with them, save your money. They’re other better providers of Google DV360 ad accounts.
